About Cosa Mirai

What started in 2017 has grown into something purposeful.
Cosa Mirai began by acquiring and managing commercial and office properties with care and precision. In 2025, we expanded our work with the founding of Cosa Mirai Homes Ltd – a dedicated focus on residential spaces that complements what we’ve always done.

Both companies are fully owned by the Müller-Bodmer family, and our approach remains the same: thoughtful, considered, and built to last.
Most of our properties are in the city of Zurich, with select sites across the cantons of Zürich, Aargau and Zug. We look for buildings with potential – places we can enhance through careful renovation, contemporary conversion, or complete modernization.

Our work isn’t about chasing growth. It’s about creating environments where life and work can thrive, today and for generations to come.
We’re based in Baar, canton of Zug.
